A aimé Lovely spacious pitches and a beautifully kept site. The owner gave us a wonderful welcome, and we'd certainly return if in the area again

A aimé Found this little gem of a site set mid way between Llandudno & Conway on a working farm .....
Carolyn & Dil are amazing hosts , nothing is to much trouble
The views are stunning with 360 degree views from each pitch, site even has an honesty shop which is very well stocked and very reasonably priced , showers and toilet block were very clean and always plenty of hot water .....
Enjoyed our stay so much we have already booked for August and looking forward very much to our next stay

A aimé Small site with 10 Spacious level pitches. Good directions Amazing showers and clean toilet block. Carolyn is welcoming and very helpful.
There's also a kettle and microwave which are available to use.. very handy !
Immediate roads are mostly single track and quiet so perfect for walking the dog. Chose not to go on any public footpaths out of respect for cattle and sheep.

A aimé Everything!! What can we say. Excellent hosts, from careful directions for a large motorhome, to brilliant help and absolutely brilliant fun peoplw too. Carolyn and Dil just are lovely people. Hard working on a busy farm, taking great care of us all. Facilities are great and toilets etc spotless clean. They went the extra mile and we even met some baby cows and the sheep this morning. Absolutely honoured it was so lovely. I personally fell in love with the farm the second we arrived when greeted by the friendliest herd of cows at the fence line near our pitch. It literally made my day each day seeing them and the horses. We can't recommend highly enough. The campsite is set in beautiful countryside amongst the rolling Welsh hills, the place is so quiet and peaceful and just beautiful all around. A working farm, and a friendly pair of hosts. We arrived strangers and left friends. We cannot wait to return x x

A aimé What a gem this site is! A beautiful, peaceful location with views for miles. I booked the Bliss pitch and it definitely was Bliss! The wood fired hot tub and electric sauna were an absolute treat to unwind in! I had my very own toilet and shower which was fab, as well as a covered cooking area with a breakfast bar, the perfect setting to relax and take in the scenery and the ponies of course! The pitch was nice and level and everything was clean and tidy! The little shop on site is fab for some munchies too!
The owners were so helpful and definitely went the extra mile! Thank you Carolyn!

A aimé We stayed at Ty Ni. Adult only campsite in Colwyn Bay for two nights last weekend. Its a lovely quiet and dog friendly site on a working farm. Carolyn the owner made us feel very welcome and kindly lent us a hook up cable when we ( the hubby) had forgotten ours.The facilities are excellent, spotlessly clean, loads of hot water. There's a washing machine, dryer, toaster and microwave in the laundry room. There's ponies in the field and chickens that come to say hello. We booked The Bliss. This is a small hut with two rooms. You have your own shower, toilet and wood burning hot tub and also a sauna. The next room has a seating and cooking area. There's also plenty of room outside to sit. Theres a small shop, and soon to come in 2026 an onsite pub. I highly recommend and we will definitely be going back.

A aimé Adult only, so peaceful, has everything you need for an escape. The owner was really welcoming and helpful. Surrounded by ponies, chickens and cows, what's not to love!

A aimé Liked the spacious flat pitches and quiet surrounding countryside. Loved the animals who came to check me out.
The arrival and check-in was efficient and ensured I knew where everything was.
N'a pas aimé Nothing to dislike - it is a basic unpretentious site on a farm with adequate facilities including seperate male & female showers and toilets. There is also a pot wash with washer and dryer facilities and a microwave kettle and toaster if needed. There is also a shop on site with honesty box - I didn’t need the shop on this stop over.

A aimé I upgraded to the hot tub pitch which was amazing! It had a wood burning hot tub, electric sauna, private shower and toilet and fully enclosed kitchen. The kitchen was a god send in the bad weather. We enjoyed eating at the breakfast bar in the kitchen. Towels were provided and oodies which was a nice touch. The cold water in the tub in April takes 3hrs to heat and just over an hr when reheating the following day. We would light the hot tub fire as soon as we got back from days out. After 3 days the water is drained and refilled, and this is the day the hot tub will take longer to heat. I never used the main shower as we had our own on the pitch but my partner used the main showers occasionally and he said they were lovely. The shower on the pitch is lower pressure but fine for me. After a shower it was nice to warm up in the sauna. There are chickens on site that follow you around and visit. horses in the field opposite the pitch. The site is a farm. There was no noise at all which was lovely. There were around 5 other pitches being used. We used the site as a base and travelled around north wales everywhere. The lanes were fine and large compared to Cornwall. The owners give you privacy which we like. To check in we called the number as there isnt really a reception. This pitch also has lots of outdoor seating as well as seating in the hot tub room. We will be returning as this is a perfect site for us being very quiet with nice basic facilities.
