A aimé : Nice compact site in a nice setting

N'a pas aimé: Close to a very busy A road making it dangerous to walk into Sheringham as there’s no footpath near to the site, managed to walk downhill to the town and beach but had to get a taxi back!

A aimé : A warm friendly welcome, with lots of useful information. Lovely well maintained site and the use of the beautiful garden.

A aimé : Immaculate site, very well laid out. Helpful owners. Gardens surrounding site absolutely beautiful, with lovely seating areas, which were a bonus.

N'a pas aimé: In a campervan with a pop top Traffic noise quite loud, a busy road. Maybe not so much in a motorhome.

A aimé : Super lovely spot, nice Creating from owner with all the information re cycling and walking the area that we would need. All service easy and well looked after. The gardens we could use were just wonderful, plenty of areas to sit and watch the buzzards over the trees. Yes it's close to a busy road and the road noise does quieten down in the evenings, it did not spoil our visit at all, we just embraced it and ignored it. Perfect for a stopover and spending some time in Sherringham which was our goal.

A aimé : Lovely little spot. Owner very welcoming and gave us all the information we needed for our stay. We only did a 1 night stopover. The gardens to the site were so pretty and we were allowed to wander around them. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t brilliant but we did enjoy a lovely walk into Sheringham where the sun shone on us! We walked there and got a cab back. Once back at the site you are quite isolated and not in easy walking distance of any amenities but that didn’t worry us.

N'a pas aimé: Just a little cut off from pubs or restaurants. Nothing to dislike about the site at all.

A aimé : This is a lovely tranquil setting overlooking beautiful countryside with flat pitches that you don’t need to use levelling jocks on. Charlie the owner is very helpful and gave us superb instructions for walking into Sheringham via Pretty Corner through lovely woodland to avoid using the part of the road with no path. We have stayed here before but not walked into town before, we were surprised how quick it was and other than negotiating crossing the main road and getting into Pretty corner with no path, it’s a lovely walk and we will do it again next time we visit. There are no wash facilities- but you know that before you book and you can easily empty your loo and fill up with water - with water hose provided. It is just off a very busy road but we could not hear it inside our camper van.

A aimé : Beautiful gardens, with areas of shade and seating. No yapping dogs! Discreet elsan point and bins. Water hose that reaches all pitches.

A aimé : We have stayed at Mill Cottage several times. I love the views, and the gardens are beautifully laid out. We were delayed, and on arrival, we told Charlie about our puncture. He wrote down two garage's that could replace our rear tyre. Thank you so much. See you soon.
