A aimé The overall stay was perfect, all facilities perfectly spotless, we ate in the pub, all the staff very friendly, food was lovely, i would definitely stay again

A aimé Easy to find. Nice little pub on site, serving meals. Cafe on site for breakfast and lunch. Didn't use either. Facilties clean.
Was a quick stop over, so no time to explore area or relax, with a meal and a drink, or even try the Cafe, for breakfast. The Menu was very reasonably priced.
Very quiet. Would stop again, if that way.

A aimé Ahh, I liked everything about this pitch. It was lovely that it was small and cosy. The pub was very welcoming- we had an evening meal - I had cannelloni -spinach and ricotta and hubster had Cajun creamy chicken - both meals were really nice. Got to say that the lady that greeted us on arrival was really pleasant as were all the staff that we encountered on our stay . We also had a breakfast at the little shop at the top which is a fantastic little canteen and deli shop- it appears to be well used by the local community which made the ambience really special and comfortable - nice breakfast (sausage was burnt but still edible!!) (no pots for me so not complaining).
Hubby has mobility problems so the hill to the camper plots could be difficult if you are on the higher plots but we were not, he did ok but it was a bit of a struggle. We would 100% return here if in the vicinity.

A aimé Small quiet site part of the pub where we had a lovely steak. Dog friendly pub and site. Great stop off on way home north from Devon. Would recommend.

A aimé When we arrived I went into the pub to ask where we go and paid the pitch fee, only then was I informed that the pub was not doing any food that evening, one of the reasons we chose this place,we were then told of 2 other pubs

N'a pas aimé Was given 2 other pubs to try by the staff one does not do food on a Tuesday which if your local you would know and the other was miles away too far to walk.

A aimé Enjoyed two previous stays here. Ready access to the pub for meals and drinks was a real plus and made for an enjoyable stay. However.....

N'a pas aimé On this occasion the pub did not serve food on the two nights of our stay making our stay rather less enjoyable. Had the landlord advised on his website that this would be the case we would not have stayed on this occasion.
