Flexibility from the owner. Clean facilities. Beautiful location

Really enjoyed our 3 night stay - this was my baby girls first camping experience and this was the perfect choice of location. All of the facilities were as listed and we felt very welcome and looked after throughout our stay. The site had a really nice community feel to it and you just try the cider brewed on site, it’s delicious! Highly recommend and we will no doubt return again!

Pitches could be more level (most were, but a couple were slightly slanted)

The campsite was pretty and peaceful. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Toilets and showers were clean. Love being able to have a fire when camping, it really completes the experience.

Lovely host, amazing, spotless facilities. Really well looked after camp site. Lovely hot showers, plenty of loo roll, parking, camp site is stunning with clear grass sections in between the orchard trees.
You can buy fresh apple juice or fresh ale. There is a coop 1 min down the road a decent size to get bbq bits and any essentials.
The owner is present to greet every one who turns up, give everyone a high spirited and friendly tour of ware it all is.
They have fridge and a freezer and tap drinking water. Loo and shower block, warm inside and warm water.
Washing up room as well.
We will be coming back. I have adhd and autism and find camping changes hard at times but this felt like I had everything plus a swing for adults I was so happy!!!

Very friendly, lovely and clean site and facilities. Great base for exploring the Brecon beacons.
Only thing I would like to say that I would prefer is as you have 2 rooms each with 2 showers and 2 toilets I would feel it would better having one men and one women instead of both unisex. But can't fault anything and would definitely come here again.

Great location, friendly, environmentally friendly and a good bar.

Too much pollen. But don't suppose there's much anyone can do about that.

We loved the whole place, the orchard is really cute to stay in and the shower and toilet facilities are great and close to the camping area. The tap room was an added bonus and the couple running the place were really friendly and helpful. We stopped in at the Bridge inn in Talgarth too which we thought was a great locals pub and would recommend.

Could be more rubbish bins available

Attractive site with orchard pitches, friendly host who came to check on us a few times during our two night stay. Great washing up facilities (hot water, even bowls and scourers available.) The kids loved the wooden go-cart and played on the swing. There was a nature walk nearby which we would have gone on if we had more time. Calves frolicking and playing in the field next door. Really convenient very close Coop in Talgarth. Fire pits to borrow. Toilets pretty clean.

Slightly odd thing - when shown the bathroom facilities we were shown and told - "Two toilets, two showers." I enquired if there were more toilets at the other end of the campsite where the fridge/freezer are and was told no. Queued on the Sunday morning for toilet, only to be told later by my husband that he and child had tried the third door on the block (first is washing up room) and there was another two loos and showers in there! I have nerve damage to my bladder and bowel so this would have been handy to know (others in queue didn't know there were more loos either as discussed it with them afterwards.) We were unlucky to have a group with very rowdy children who were running around shouting up until and past the 11pm noise curfew on the first night, also some campers with a woofy dog who arrived at 11pm to pitch a tent. Earlier curfew would be preferable. There wasn't always soap in the toilets, although we did bring our own. More decent wheelbarrows needed on Sundays when everyone is packing up to leave at the same time: the only one left had holes in and sharp pieces of metal sticking up so we ended up carrying all of our stuff back to the car.

We would have loved one more swing. The campsite advertises a "play area" but it's literally one swing.
