Beatiful setting and nicely maintained, discrete, level and grassy pitches amongst the apple trees.

Although the facilities are clean they could do with a bit of work on some of the fittings.

A lovely peaceful and well thought out camping site. Staff were friendly and helpful also the apple juice, ales and cider are really good
Shower block and toilets were clean.

We had an amazing stay. Adrian hosted us wonderfully and showed us many places and activities to do with our kids. Definitely a place to come back!

It was quiet and treated with respect by all there. It was lovely that you got a fire pit on your space. The kids swing is a nice touch. Toilets and showers are nice.

Slope on the pitches but not a huge amount you can do about that. Walked to buy some of their cider one evening but the tap house was closed. No electric so could only do a short stay.

Lovely clean site. We camped in the orchard between the apple trees. They make their own beers and ciders on site which you can try in the tap room. We were lent a fire pit, no charge. Very friendly helpful people.

Perfect campsite in a beautiful location. The new owners have changed it slightly to create lovely pitches nestled within the trees. Great location, 15min drive from Hay on Wye.
The owners are so friendly and welcoming. An added bonus that the sombresa tap room is next door - a must visit when you are there. Toilets and showers are clean and tidy.

A fantastic site. Definitely coming again. It's based in an orchard with plenty of space and privacy. Great views. Best bit was the taproom and deli with picnic tables for an evening drink looking over the valley🥰.great showers.

There was a chatty large group uo late next to us so it took a while to go to sleep. Maybe keep one end of the site for people who will be up late!

The setting was beautiful, easy to find and near a small town but still felt very rural.
Loved the taproom as gave a great atmosphere.
The couple running the campsite and taproom were so friendly. Facilities were very clean and helpful to have a little fridge.
Our dog also loved it!

The pitches were in a gorgeous orchard, located perfectly for exploring Brecon. The range of cooking equipment was great especially the pizza oven. The toilets, wash up area & showers were all regularly cleaned. The tap room was also a really nice addition, the apple juice was really good

Not all pitches were level so you may end up on a slope during busy times, luckily it was quiet when we arrived so I was able to choose the best pitch. Some pitches are quite a way from the car park but I liked that my child was safe to play on site without worrying about cars & wheelbarrows are available to transport tents etc to pitch
