Loved the location - particularly the nature trail nearby, which was accessible by foot and great for walking the dog! Facilities were clean and well stocked. Staff member was very friendly and helpful. The fridge, freezer and plug sockets were a nice helping hand too!

A beautiful site in an old orchard. It was Easter weekend when l stayed, and the owners had hung little Easter eggs in the trees. There were a mix of visitors - twentysomethings, young families, and older couples - and everyone seemed to be having a great time.

Peaceful destination, close to toilet/showers/pub!! The nature trail at the bottom of the field was great for walking with the dogs and the river was gorgeous!!

Absolutely loved the site, plenty of space for each pitch and settled around an apple orchard. Able to use the fire pits on site. Facilities were perfectly clean and really lovely, an accessible seat in each shower was a nice addition and the electric point to recharge my travel battery was great too. Very family friendly, had the feeling of being in the middle of nowhere but secure with a nice town nearby. We were able to do day trips to Hay on Wye and the 4 falls trail whilst we stayed. Saw so much wildlife, rabbits, squirrels, red kites, lots of different bird breeds… Will definitely be back, really enjoyed our stay.

The host was clear when giving instructions, he showed me and my brother where everything was and was available for any questions we had. The pitches were clear and the toilets were clean. The showers worked and were hot (very important), you had to pay a pound to use them but you have more than enough time to clean yourself. I didn’t use my whole allotted time it was that long! The local village has a coop which is very well stocked. Overall excellent stay and it’s on my list for future visits to the Brecons

there is some road noise, but it quietens down in the evening and at night.

A very peaceful campsite with no car's allowed into the camping orchard, there are no electric hook ups so this keeps it nice And basic,we loved that the campsite isn't lit up at night so there's minimal light pollution,the facilities Are lovely And clean And the tap room with it's amazing beers And tapas are a very enjoyable bonus the owner's/ host's are honest And friendly with an amazing ethos.

The campsite was lovely. My daughter loved the swing. We went on the nature trail and also tried some cider at the pub. Staff super friendly and helpful.
