N'a pas aimé Only one toilet for the entire pitch, I know it was a pop up site but with over 50 people on the site more than one would have been good.

A aimé Good location off the main routes. Plenty of families and kids having fun so not the quietest but nothing wrong with that! Great to see the sheep wandering around up to tents etc. so wouldn’t take any reactive dogs.
Washing up sink was clean more than some sites we’ve stayed at great to see it has one.

N'a pas aimé Toilet/ shower situation I knew but it was extremely busy in evening and morning would be impossible staying longer if you were out walking all day and wanted a warm shower. Shower was clean but no drying space or bench. 1 of each certainly doesn’t seam enough for the amount of people- hopefully if they add another block we’d happily book again.

As 'The Equals' would say 'Come back, Baby come back' we have put a new toilet in today and will review the shower situation for the next season as we are winding down after the bank holiday weekend next week.

A aimé Stunning location and very minimalist like we wanted. Just the one toilet and one shower is the only drawback. Loved our stay and will be back.

Power of the shower was good

N'a pas aimé Over 70 people to one toilet! That naturally wasn't very clean with that many people using it! Reviews said numbers had been reduced following feedback from other guests. I dread to think how busy and dirty it was before. Definitely need at least 2 toilets minimum for that number of guests.

Shower that didn't drain. So crocs and feet waded in water.

Not peaceful and remote as people were talking loudly and laughing until 2am. Also, there's a marquee 500m away which had a disco until midnight and bright lights so no peace and interrupted views of stars.

With regards to the toilet. We agree that sometimes on busy weekends sometimes there is a small wait but It is checked regularly and has always been clean.

The most dirt i have ever seen in the last 3 weeks since opening is a couple of empty toilet roll holders or a piece of tissue or grass on the floor which is removed on checks.

The shower does have a very small amount of water in sometimes a mm or 2 as it is that level. There is a small 'filter' over the drain hole which people sometimes remove if it gets hair or grass in which is regularly checked and removed. There is also a sponge squeegee mop in the shower cubicle for guests to use after or prior to use if required. I'm sorry you didn't manage add a picture on this occasion to show the 'dirty' facilities so we could have seen it.

We are sorry that other guests disturbed your stay talking late into the night as it usually very quiet. With regards to the marquee that was at the next farm in the valley we were unaware they were having a private family event this weekend and the marquee has already been dismantled.

We also noticed that you didn't think it was very good value for money. For the 4 people in your group it works out at £4 PPPN (after fees and taxes or £ 5 a night before) we feel that is a fair price for a small pop up site with a fully serviced toilet and shower, water, waste and wash up point.

A aimé Location. This is a no frills site but very close to Crome Hill which can walk to from the site. There is plenty of space for people and it's good value for money . Instructions to get there are good.
