Me gustó Large pitches that are hedged off for privacy. Our pitch had a bit of a slope on it. Lots of amenities such as basketball nets, football pitches, tennis court, table tennis, swimming pool etc. We only stayed for one night so can't really review these amenities; however, we did manage to have a game of tennis just before sunset. The shower block was nice, showers were good.

Me gustó We are not into fishing, so we walked around the lakes which was nice. Nice welcome from the owner who is British. Vibrant bar area. Large pitches with EHU very close by.

Me gustó Wow what scenery, that alone is worth a visit. Tranquil, peaceful site with a rugged feel amongst mountain views. The drive in and out of the area contains some spectacular views and scenery. Our pitch was large however we did need to use our levellers because of the sloping ground. Showers were nice and seemed to have been upgraded recently. The toilets need upgrading but were clean. You need to bring your own loo roll. Staff were very friendly. The bar area looked nice but we did not get a chance to sample any of the drinks or food.

No me gustó Not enough time to explore the area and appreciate the amazing scenery. We will put that right next time.

Me gustó We loved this site, we did not want to go home. Stayed for 12 days and could have stayed longer. Great pool area, amazing atmosphere. Best showers I have ever seen and I have been in loads. Water tap on every pitch, all the amenities you would need. Entertainment every night. Great staff. If you need a decent size pitch book a silver, we booked a bronze and it was too small for our folding camper and car, had to upgrade. Great location for beaches Peniscola (10 mins) and Vinaros (20 mins) by car, both nice beaches. Lots of sightseeing available by car. Peniscola campsite is like a holiday resort which is a bit of a departure from your traditional campsite but a nice vibe. Local supermarkets again a short drive by car. Very clean site with level pitches. Easy access if you are towing. Not a negative for us, from what I can see all the pitches are hardstanding which makes pegging down very difficult, bring a proper hammer and very strong pegs.

No me gustó We used the restaurant once, it was busy and it took a long time to get served. The food was just okay which was disappointing. This may have been a one off as others have said they really enjoyed the food.

Me gustó Stayed for one night only. The showers were nice, reception was helpful. Nice size pitch for our folding camper. Water and electricity were nearby.

Me gustó This was our second time staying at this site. Nice and peaceful. Good spot for a stopover. Large pitches which are hedged off. Showers were okay. The guy at reception was nice and helpful. Only stayed for one night, would definitely stay again.
