Del administrador: Thank you so much for your lovely review! We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed the site, facilities, and pitch, and that our family bathroom was a hit too. We’re sorry the pool felt a little chilly for the kids. Our pool is heated using a heat-source pump, so unfortunately its temperature is dependent on the sunshine and warmer weather. We really appreciate your understanding! It’s wonderful to hear that our team was friendly and helpful, and we’re so pleased you’d recommend us and would come back. We look forward to welcoming you and your family again soon! 😊
