Me gustó George the warden was as welcoming and friendly as always. Great size pitches.

Me gustó The space, the children's parks, the watersports. The friendly and helpful ranger

No me gustó The shop which was very poorly stocked and opened and closed when they felt like it. The toilet and showers were unclean during our stay.

Del administrador: Dear Guest Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you enjoyed the space, children’s parks and watersports, and it’s lovely to hear your kind comments about our Ranger team. We’ll make sure your feedback is passed on to them. We’re disappointed to read your comments about the shop, as during the summer holidays the shop was open 7 days a week. We’re sorry if you visited at a time when we weren’t open and missed us. As we’re now approaching the end of our season, we’re starting to prepare the site for the quieter winter months, so opening hours and availability will naturally reduce during this period. We’re also sorry that you found the toilet and shower facilities unclean during your stay. We appreciate how important it is for these facilities to be clean and well maintained, and we’re reviewing our cleaning routines and frequency of checks to ensure they are kept to the standard our guests expect. Thank you again for your honest feedback. We really appreciate you staying with us and hope we’ll have the opportunity to welcome you back again in the future. Kind Regards

Me gustó Spacious pitches. Scrupulously clean toilet and shower block. George the warden is the biggest plus here. He is helpful and charming without being intrusive. Lovely fella.

No me gustó Being woken by a loud speaker from the pony club event!
