Me gustó I love this site, it’s the second year I’ve stayed here and I’ll be back next year! The pitches are spacious, and the views are just lovely. The people who run the site are friendly, and the facilities are clean.

No me gustó When I came last year there were large containers for the rubbish, not ideal for recycling but great for the amount of rubbish generated by the campers. This year there were household size bins encouraging recycling but they were nowhere near adequate for the amount of rubbish resulting in bags piling up around the bins. They were regularly cleared by the site staff.

Me gustó Lovely small campsite which was well maintained. The facilities while a bit dated were perfectly serviceable and always kept very clean with a code to get in to prevent people not using the campsite from using them. Pitches were a good size, there were plenty of picnic tables and fire pits around to use.

No me gustó There is a public footpath running straight through the campsite which I was not aware of until I saw the signs when I arrived. This wasn’t particularly a problem although my personal preference is not to frequently have people walking past my tent. There were also many people (not camping) who ignored the signs to keep their dogs on a lead which resulted in dogs running up to the entrance of my tent much to my dog’s surprise! Apart from being more open about the public footpath and how close to the tents it passes there’s nothing the owners of the campsite could do to change this. For me it was something I would have preferred to know to make a choice about booking. If I had a reactive dog it would have been an issue - just something for people to be aware of.

Me gustó Really lovely site, spacious pitches with convenient EHU and drinking water. The toilets and showers were very clean, there were only two toilets and two showers which was fine as it was quiet. I could imagine that if the site was full this might not be sufficient.

No me gustó The WiFi connection was not very strong if that’s something that would bother you.

Me gustó Pitches were an ok size, and the water and EHU were convenient.

No me gustó One male and one female toilet available outside of pub hours which was often dirty and frequently ran out of toilet paper. Hot water was not always available in washing up area.
