We were disappointed to see your comments regarding the cleanliness of the facilities, as our toilet and shower facilities are cleaned twice daily as part of our regular site routine. We’re not aware that any concerns were reported to the team during your stay, and had we been made aware of an issue, we would have acted on it straight away. We’re sorry that the facilities did not meet your expectations on this occasion and will, of course, continue to monitor standards closely.
