Me gustó This is an absolutely brilliant campsite! The facilities are absolutely top notch and it is quiet at night which is impressive for such a large campsite. Our children loved the pools and slides, and enjoyed making friends on the dedicated football pitch. We ate in the covered outdoor restaurant on pizza night and the food was good. Reception are super helpful and even very kindly booked our dog in at the vets to have her worming treatment. There is a laundry on site with card payment which made life easier. Really great location too!

Me gustó This is such a great little campsite. It is in a pretty location and the buildings and camping area are lovely. We were welcomed warmly by the English hosts. The kids enjoyed the pool, and the toilet and shower facilities were good. Overall we enjoyed our stay

No me gustó The only negative was that once we settled down for bed we could hear for hours what sounded like a lot of dogs barking in the distance. This is no fault of the campsite but meant we unfortunately didn’t have a very good nights sleep

Me gustó We loved the facilities, especially the heated pool. It was an overcast evening when we arrived but because the pool was heated we could still enjoy an evening swim. The location is beautiful with views of the castle, the river and the bridge. Nice pitch and we were happy to find that our request of a shady pitch was granted. The music the campsite put on in the evening was excellent and we enjoyed listening to it

No me gustó The campsite was very noisy until about 2.30am with lots of shouting which wasn’t great when we were tired from a long drive.

Me gustó Nice leafy environment with loads of great facilities including a brilliant pool and slide. Our kids absolutely loved this campsite! Very friendly polite staff

No me gustó We could only find one sink with soap in the toilet block but otherwise we have no negatives. It is a great campsite

Me gustó Excellent communication and incredibly attentive hosts who were kind, polite and considerate and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Small, quiet and friendly campsite with everything we needed for a nights stay

Me gustó Great facilities and nice pool. Campsite felt safe and well maintained. Helpful staff. Great to be next to the airfield on the day of an air show and see all the interesting aircraft

No me gustó Toilet roll was on the wall in the bathrooms rather than in the cubicle, which caught us out the first time!
