Me gustó Great site. Gorgeous spot. Lots of space. Cows and chickens as neighbours. Fresh eggs for breakfast. Access to fridge/freezer. Friendly and welcoming owner. Clean toilets with fresh flowers and showers with plenty of hot water. Quiet - you can hear owls at night! Spent lots of time at the campsite just chilling out and it’s honestly one of my favourite campsites. This was our second time staying.

No me gustó Next to no phone signal. I don’t mind this, but worth knowing.

Me gustó Generous sized pitches, great play park, handy onsite shop, good showers, clean toilets, good washing up stations. Nearby water taps. Walk to kayaking, mini golf, more play parks, cafes, etc, at water sports area. Suited us very well.

No me gustó Only downside is we didn’t have shade but there was lots of space to roam and find a shady spot.

Del administrador: Dear Guest Thank you so much for taking the time to share your lovely feedback, and thank you for the beautiful pictures too! It’s always wonderful to see our site through our guests’ eyes. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the generous-sized pitches, play park, onsite shop and facilities, and that you found the showers and toilets clean and suitable for your stay. It’s also great to hear that you enjoyed the convenient location and were able to walk to the kayaking, mini golf, additional play areas and cafés at the watersports area. We’re sorry that your pitch didn’t have much shade, particularly if the weather was warm, but it’s great to hear that you were still able to find some shady spots around the site to enjoy. Thank you again for your fantastic feedback and for sharing your lovely photos. We really appreciate it and hope to welcome you back again in the future! Kind regards

Me gustó The space, the choice of where to pitch, the quiet site, the location. My son adored the play swing.

Me gustó The site is spacious and delightful. The toilets are clean, tidy and well maintained. My boys enjoyed the “wee wee on the straw”! The washing up area was well laid out although I never did get hot water. The showers are dreamy - no fees, no time limit, actually hot and good pressure, sensible amount of hooks etc so your stuff doesn’t get wet. The welcome was genuine and helpful. I saw the owner every day and he checked on how we were doing. He recommended where to pitch based on my requirements and warned me when a biggish group was coming! The location was great for us getting into Bristol and visiting friends nearby. Quiet!

No me gustó Honestly nothing that puts me off going again. The location might be a bit remote for some but it suited us really well. Oh, I don’t think there was WiFi and there was very little phone signal, but we survived!
