No me gustó The toilets and shower area was not that clean also smelled damp and toilets were strong in smell.We where told that dogs had to be kept on a lead at all times which ours where. But not every one followed this rules I was walking my old 14 dog when a large dog came running up to me with no lead on .

Me gustó Friendly and welcoming owner. Very quiet location. Great walks for the dogs. Despite looking “rustic” the toilets were spotlessly clean. Well equipped kitchen/utility.

No me gustó Somewhat uneven pitches, grass was a bit long. No hot water. It rained during our stay (not heavily) which turned the uneven areas into quite deep muddy puddles and we nearly got stuck when leaving (admittedly the owner did say if we did get stuck it wasn’t a problem as they had 4x4s and a Tractor if we needed pulling out). It would benefit from some work on levelling some areas, better ground drainage and a hardcore access road down the middle of the field. Slightly expensive for the facilities.

Me gustó Smooth check in, welcoming and friendly staff. Well spaced pitches and well laid out site with excellent roads (unusual for a “field” site) Decent toilet / shower facilities which were generally well cleaned, equipped and maintained. Good to see a good amount of fire-fighting equipment across the site.

No me gustó Surprising amount of traffic noise from Sea Road, considering it’s more of a Lane than a proper road. Admittedly we were 2 pitches in from the boardering hedge and it was the hottest day so plenty of people going to the beach via this road as it did quieten down late evening. Was a little noisy after sundown with lots of rowdy kids the time we stayed, admitted it is called Creekside FAMILY camping so we did expect some noise from kids (we normally try and use Adult only sites as a rule) but didn’t think it would carry on quite late into the night. We were amongst a few tents using fire pits this filling our campervan with smoke, perhaps it would be an idea to keep the fire pit uses separate from those not using them just a little niggle but would make a big difference to the quality of stay for some.

No me gustó The noise from the road can be a little intrusive during the day, but is quiet at night
