No me gustó Placed at the opposite side of the park to the rest of our group. Site claimed no notes had come through on Pitchup but were then totally inflexible about shuffling people around to get us even a bit closer together, despite the site being half empty for the duration of the stay. Two power cuts during our stay with no communication at all from management. Very old and neglected wash block with showers that stay on 10 secs max and lots of areas which clearly hadn’t been cleaned or updated for months or years. This site seems to be geared towards the statics, so maybe they should just do that.

Del administrador: Hi Elizabeth We are very sorry your stay with us did not meet your expectations, if you had requested to be near your friends / family in the note section of your booking we would have done our very best to accommodate this for you but as you have put in your comments there were no notes for you request so we did not know you wanted to be near friends / family as you can appreciate August is our busiest season and even if it looks like a pitch is empty it most likely has a late arrival coming in or some body has booked the pitch out for a longer stay than yourself or the pitch is allocated for a different unit than the one you have. It is also clearly stated in your terms and conditions and our policy that once your pitch has been allocated we are unable to move you on your arrival. The power cut was unfortunately out of our control it was down to National Grid which were doing work and all of the local area was affected.
