No me gustó I should have done more research as although we made it work the space was challenging for car and tentbox and two dogs who like to have a mooch around the cars as there was not much space and lots of do not go on the grass. Also so many ‘do not signs’ which were a bit overwhelming. Can imagine the site is great for couple in van.

The pitch measures 6.1 × 4 metres, and your car and tentbox were stated as requiring a 2 × 2 metre space when booked, so the pitch was allocated based on the information provided. This pitch is regularly and successfully used by guests with cars with tent boxes, including those with awnings. Guests and dogs are very welcome to walk on the grass; the signs simply ask that vehicles and camping equipment remain on the hardstanding to protect the grounds. We also provide a secure enclosed dog field, and a public right of way for longer walks is accessible directly from the campsite gate. As your stated arrival was approximately 8pm and stayed for only one night, there was limited time to experience everything our small site offers. We are sorry that you found the signs overwhelming. They are intended to provide clear information and help keep the site safe, tidy and enjoyable for everyone.

Me gustó Absolutely loved this site. Great cafe even better space to camp. We arrived really late but the space was perfect for us.

Me gustó This was one of our favourite sites from our recent road trip. It would be exceptional for families or even a longer stay if you had access to showers. Great facilities that we absolutely utilised.

No me gustó Would be the perfect site if it had a shower. You are emailed (which we missed due to road tripping and not going on phones) and asked to join some caravan group thing which we didn’t see until getting home but I am always weary of this.

Me gustó Loved this site. Loads of space very basic which is what we look for. Very quiet and tucked away behind a little wood. Easy to access and self check in and out. And we met a great chap with his black lab so we couldn’t have been happier.
