No me gustó Be careful if you pay a deposit via Pitchup, as the entry system charges you the full amount. You just need to raise it with the staff and get a refund.

No me gustó Multiple showers were locked for no reason - leading to queues. Pool closes at 19.00 (even in August) Noisy road close by A generally noisy site with people shouting and children running about. WiFi costs €9 for 3 days and is patchy

Me gustó Friendly staff Great location Lovely pool Clean and modern facilities The area has recently been decimated by fire, it did affect some mobile homes on the site, but amazingly the fire got to the fence and then circulated the site. So most of it is untouched.

No me gustó Cut grass rotting on the river bank Dirty and tired facilities Permanent pitches are neglected and ruin the feel of the site. Has feelings of a Brazilian slum. My wife didn’t feel safe on the site. We left after 1 night, despite paying for 2.

Me gustó Lovely location right on the river. Facilities (in rear of site) are great. Friendly staff with excellent English.

No me gustó Facilities near reception are a bit small and ‘tired’. Just use the other ones. Pesmes doesn’t have anything in it!

No me gustó Toilets and showers are dated Shower flow was weak Some of the pitches are very small. Make sure you book using the right dimensions for your unit.
