Me gustó Pitch sizes and location.

No me gustó Cleanliness, size of toilets, just given pitch number and left to locate yourself (warden came around after I had finished pitching the tent and gave us some information). 3 tents pitched on the next pitch with one less than 2 meters away.

Del administrador: Unfortunately we can't please everyone. A lot of our guests like the freedom of being able to enter the site at their leisure without having to report to a reception. We have a secure gate and a code together with pitch number and instructions on how to pitch are sent to guests before arrival. And then our wardens check in with the guests to ensure they have found everything and to answer any questions. This guest unfortunately did not pitch as requested to ensure the correct distance for fire regs and comfort and pitched right on the boundary with the next pitch and put their guy ropes onto the next pitch. There really was no need for this as the pitch in question is 14 metres wide! We had no reports during this week of any problems with the cleaning. The facilities are checked on a regular basis and without the guest telling us at the time of any problem we have no way of knowing what the problem was. We do have some small toilets but we also have some very large ones, family size and in shower rooms. Something this guest didn't mention in his review is that our wardens were kind enough to lend him an electric lead. Anyone reading this please think twice about marking any site down heavily on a review, especially if the campsite was just not your cup of tea! And please tell them at the time of any problems to give them a chance to rectify them. Reviews play a huge part on these platforms and one low score unfortunately does not balance all the good scores on a system like Pitch Up. We do need you to be honest but not mean without good reason. Thank you if you have read this far and happy camping!

Me gustó Great position to tour the area from. Good sized pitches with water.

No me gustó No hair dryers. No electric shaver points. Lack of hooks near the sinks and a shelf in the showers. Radio in the the toilets is a little loud late at nights. WiFi not very good.

Me gustó Clean and very friendly. Good Wi-Fi for the older kids and good pubs nearby for the older children.
