Cowbridge Cabins

Me gustó Was sent the wrong key code, the company did answer the phone and we were then able to get in. Unfortunately I tried to contact the company twice to express our disappointment and give them the opportunity to rectify the cabin before the next guests. Both times I’ve been ignored. The bathrooom had lots of mould due to not be cleaned properly and the extractor fan not powerful enough to remove the condensation (there is no window in the bathroom)The toilet rolls were damp. The sink, walls and door frames were dirty. The cabin was very basic, felt like a budget travel lodge. The mattress was so thin it was uncomfortable. The single bed had two mattresses on it and still was poor to sleep on.

Me gustó Stayed the one night with my 7yr old son Had issue at 1st with key code then kettle didn't work and tv needed an account to view anything plus i booked for 2 adults online by mistake instead of 1 adult 1child but phone with issues within 10mins was given an available room
Very helpful staff room are perfect with everything needed beds was comfortable had a good night sleep . There's a park play area my son lived that all enclosed so you can have a coffee food ect whild the children enjoy

Me gustó Lovely site, spotlessly clean accommodation. The sofa bed was really comfortable. Well stocked Kitchenette. Friendly owners very accommodating for last minute changes. Although it was along a busy road we could not hear this inside

No me gustó I had thought that by ‘cooker’ they would have had an oven. This was my mistake but there was a hob, just putting this here incase someone makes a similar mistake. The larger pod had a microwave grill which meant we could cook our pizzas one at a time , however there was a kettle, toaster, hob and small Microwave.

Me gustó Very clean and well presented. Towel and small travel shower gel etc provided.
10% given off food at the farm cafe, well worth a visit

Me gustó Lovely little pod, perfect stay for us. Had everything we could have possibly needed. Location was great, rural but within easy reach of many places. Heating was a great bonus too after chilly and wet days out. I can't fault it at all!

Me gustó Good quality accommodation very close to Cowbridge. Enjoyed visiting the 'pick your own flowers' field. Nice meal at Forage Farm shop. Very nice play area including a football goal which my son enjoyed. Lovely views. We spilt something on the bed and needed a change of bedding. We called the number and a very nice, friendly man was there in 10 minutes with clean bedding. We could not hear our neighbours at night although there was a repetitive beeping sound which was annoying!

No me gustó Duvet too heavy for the climate! Needed a top sheet instead. Because we cooked on our camping stove, we would have appreciated a washing up sink, even if communal/shared. Had to wash up in bathroom.

Me gustó High quality finish throughout
Excellent location for local attractions and beaches.
Beds were comfy
Well stock cupboards with plenty of saucepans, plates, cups etc.
Overall we had a really nice stay

No me gustó Only a couple of things like no broom, dustpan and brush or cheese grater in the cabin. Not a major issue just worth mentioning.
Also this isn't a slight on the cabins but they are next to a road that seems to used for race track by the locals. However once the doors are closed you don't hear them.

Me gustó Cabin is immaculate
We actually had a minor problem with the door and someone was round and fixed as soon as possible . Liked the farm shop and distance to Cardiff and Barry . Big thanks for the team . Plus farm shop breakfast was scrummy
