Min Y Don Caravan Park

Me gustó Best site we have stayed at. We phoned to say we may arrive after 5 and the receptionist was very nice to deal with, told us not to rush and enjoy our day and sent a late arrivals email with info. We did manage to get there before 5 and reception was great. Everything was pristine, pitches were perfectly level and fully serviced. The facilities block was very well planned and spotlessly clean. A cleaner popped in frequently to check and spot clean. The location was great, very near to the beach. Couldn’t improve this site if I tried. We will be visiting again.

Me gustó This is a large site and the facilities here are second to none. Large toilet block which is absolutely spotless no matter when you go. Heated, high ceiling and airy, free hot shower (on a timer but not annoyingly short), large cubicles with separate area for clothes, background music playing. Fully serviced pitches. Dog walk with agility and dog spa/paw wash, a large playground for children. Free WiFi
Beautiful views of Snowdon and Harlech castle and a short walk to the beach one way and a dog friendly pub the other way (be aware they don't serve food on a Tuesday night though!) The railway station is right beside it, but I didn't hear any trains from our pitch. If you want to walk into Harlech it's uphill and VERY steep, although lovely when you get there with amazing views. Harlech used to be classed as the steepest road in the world (1 in 3)!

Me gustó All of it was a lovely site, close to the station for a train to travel or by bus. Not too far from the beach either. Laundry room and toilets are kept clean and are really spacious

No me gustó It was a long walk to the station as the statics are at the forefront of the site and tourers to the back but a good site

We appreciate your feedback regarding the walk to the station. Tourers are located towards the rear of the park, which does mean it can be a little further to walk, but we’re glad that you still enjoyed your stay and found it to be a good site.

Me gustó The shower/ toilet facilities are fantastic really well kept and well thought out, WiFi signal across the park is good.
Kids play park excellent and easy access to the beach.
The staff we saw were all friendly and polite.

No me gustó For the first 3 days of us being there a constant SDS drill was being used to remove render from a wall next to the shower block. (But it good to see investment in the site)
Standard WiFi was abit poor even for general browsing, maybe possible to up the speed slightly?

We’re very sorry for the disruption caused by the SDS drill during the first few days of your stay. The works were necessary as part of ongoing investment and improvements to the site, but we completely appreciate that listening to drilling while trying to enjoy a relaxing break is far from ideal. Thank you also for your feedback regarding the standard Wi-Fi. We do provide complimentary Wi-Fi across the park, with a premium option available for guests who require a faster connection. We appreciate your comments that the standard service could be improved for general browsing, and we will certainly take this on board.

Me gustó Nice site conveniently located a short walk from both the beach and the village centre.
Immaculate facilities and very neat fully serviced pitches. Modern spacious toilet block which was always clean. Also had a Dog wash for a small charge £1 for 5 mins and also a beach shower. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

No me gustó Being exceptionally picky I could say that the taps in the toilet block were a bit too powerful and resulted in quite a bit of splashback when washing your hands. But like I say being very picky and not really anything that would factor into whether I’d stay there again
