Me gustó Very clean modern facility with great dog agility field.
Super clean,great ash up area, fairly close to beach
cant fault all these things but

No me gustó Even though half full they pitched caravans close together we were next to end of line on our pitch in a small eriba but end caravans were staring straight at us dont understand why we couldnt of been spread out more ruined our experience only staying 2 nights so didnt bother complaining.
Its a fair uphill walk into town not as close as they describe it .
Overall lovely clean but soulless site as so many rules it feels like silent and lifeless and i like it fairly quiet overpriced for a pitch and position not sure we would go back there is much better value out there for far less money.just our experience i no others would enjoy it and say its worth it .

We're sorry to hear that the pitch allocated didn't suit your preferences. We always try to allocate pitches in the best way possible, taking into account bookings, pitch types, lengths of stay, arrivals, departures, and operational requirements. Had you mentioned your concerns during your stay, we would have happily looked to see if an alternative pitch was available, as we're always happy to accommodate guests wherever possible.

With regard to the walk into Harlech, we appreciate your comments. The town is around a 15–20 minute walk from the park, although the final section is uphill, which can be challenging. This is something we do try to make clear in our information, along with the fact that the beautiful beach is only around a 10-minute level walk away.

We're sorry that you felt the site was too quiet and that our rules detracted from your experience. Our site guidelines are in place to ensure the park remains clean, safe, and peaceful for all our guests, and many visitors choose Min Y Don because of these high standards.

Me gustó Spotlessly clean site.shower and toilet blocks the best we have ever been to.
Staff very friendly.
Well spaced level and clean , fully serviced pitches.
The whole site in general very well maintained.
Price per night was very good ,
Beach amazing with sand dunes, only 10 minutes walk away.
Information pack given was very helpful, stating where all the local pubs, eateries etc. also nearest dentist, doctors, hospitals etc.
We were very impressed with our overall experience visiting this excellent site.
Highly recommended, and we will be definitely returning soon..
This place is a credit to its owners and staff who work very hard to maintain such a high standard.

No me gustó Very unwelcoming staff at reception,
21:30 knocked at our door telling us that our van was parked the wrong way round, requesting we move it immediately, we remained within our designated area.
Would not revisit this soulless site again and would not recommend it to anyone due to staff attitude towards visitors.

Regarding your vehicle, we do ask all guests to park in the correct orientation in accordance with our site layout and licensing requirements. These rules are in place for everyone's safety, comfort, and to ensure the required spacing between units is maintained. They apply equally to all guests, and whilst we appreciate that being asked to move your vehicle was inconvenient, it was necessary to ensure the park remained compliant and safe for everyone.

I also believe I came to see you the following morning, and we had a good chat about your concerns. During that conversation, I offered to move you to an alternative pitch that I felt would better suit your needs so that you could enjoy the rest of your holiday. We always try to resolve any issues during our guests' stay wherever possible and are happy to help if concerns are brought to our attention.

Me gustó The park was very clean and close to the stunning beach of Harlech . Toilets/showers were plentiful .

No me gustó The weather was scorching and the only setting on the showers was on and the water was pretty warm so couldn’t turn temp down to cool us down . The pitches are long as opposed to wide so our awning went over slightly (we have a transit custom and we used a vango hexaway pro drive away awning) .

We do appreciate that during the exceptionally hot weather you experienced, the water may have felt warmer than usual.

With regard to the pitch size, our pitches are designed to comfortably accommodate the vast majority of touring caravans, motorhomes, campervans, and awnings. We appreciate your comments and are pleased to hear that, despite your awning extending slightly, you still enjoyed your stay.

Me gustó Pitch size..toilets were spotless...Lovely dog field (although some people need to pick up after thier dog this is not the sites fault)..we don't have kids but great park and large play area..short walk to the amenities fantastic pub which serves food ( You do need to book) ..will definitely be going back.we did not get out as much as we would have liked as it was so hot so definitely will go back.
