Liked All of it was a lovely site, close to the station for a train to travel or by bus. Not too far from the beach either. Laundry room and toilets are kept clean and are really spacious

Disliked It was a long walk to the station as the statics are at the forefront of the site and tourers to the back but a good site

Liked The shower/ toilet facilities are fantastic really well kept and well thought out, WiFi signal across the park is good.
Kids play park excellent and easy access to the beach.
The staff we saw were all friendly and polite.

Disliked For the first 3 days of us being there a constant SDS drill was being used to remove render from a wall next to the shower block. (But it good to see investment in the site)
Standard WiFi was abit poor even for general browsing, maybe possible to up the speed slightly?

The works were necessary as part of ongoing investment and improvements to the site, but we completely appreciate that listening to drilling while trying to enjoy a relaxing break is far from ideal. Thank you also for your feedback regarding the standard Wi-Fi. We do provide complimentary Wi-Fi across the park, with a premium option available for guests who require a faster connection. Liked Nice site conveniently located a short walk from both the beach and the village centre.
Immaculate facilities and very neat fully serviced pitches. Modern spacious toilet block which was always clean. Also had a Dog wash for a small charge £1 for 5 mins and also a beach shower. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Disliked Being exceptionally picky I could say that the taps in the toilet block were a bit too powerful and resulted in quite a bit of splashback when washing your hands. But like I say being very picky and not really anything that would factor into whether I’d stay there again

Liked Wonderfully welcoming staff, beautiful, well kept site, with amazing facilities, lovely pitches, in a great location ,even the nicest Elsan emptying place I’ve ever seen.

Disliked Didnt like the keypad to enter toilets as didnt always work first time. Would benefit with a fob or not locked at all.

Liked All Good. One of best shower toilet blocks we've been to. Really clean and secure access. Shower cubicles really big and plenty of them. Wasing machine and dryers £2 a go. Dog wash on site. Close to beach and town of Harlech. If pitch available for extra £10 can stop overnight the 11am departure time to 4pm

Disliked Only dislike was lack of takeaways in Town on late evening. That's nothing to do with site but a reflection on demise of hospitality with recent changes to NI contributions, min wage hikes and huge cost of energy.
