Me gustó Peace and serenity. A gorgeous spot of national beauty. We stay every year very clean facilities, hot showers and close to the Jurassic coast. Jim is a pure gent spending time to talk and ensuring you have the most comfortable visit and stay. We will return soon. Chris and Gem Keynsham

Me gustó My friend and I had the loveliest stay at Chalk Meadow. Jim was so friendly and made us feel so welcome - big thanks Jim! The facilities were immaculate with everything you needed- including Eco washing up liquid which we really appreciated!

Me gustó We loved our stay at this campsite and would happily return (and actually booked another stay before we’d left!) It was easy to find with helpful directions listed on the site booking, and the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, with plenty to see and do nearby.

Jim, the owner, was fantastic. He took the time to personally welcome us, checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, and made a point of greeting and saying goodbye to all of his guests. His friendly, personal approach really made our stay feel special and was a massive factor into why we booked this campsite in the first place with such positive reviews!

The facilities were simple but clean, well maintained, and exactly what you need for a comfortable camping trip. Overall, it’s a wonderful campsite with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that we would highly recommend. We can’t wait to be back!

Me gustó Quiet, walking distance to a pub.
Commercial van accepted. Amenities basic but adequate. Warm welcome. All in all very good. We will be back.

Me gustó Campsite is basic but has running water, showers, toilets and sinks. The location is amazing, the village is a 10 minute walk and the pub is very family friendly.

Great big open space for the kids to run around.

The owner, Jim, is probably the nicest guy you'll ever meet. He popped on to site every day for a chat and to make sure there were no issues.

Me gustó Just home after a perfect weekend away at Chalk Meadow campsite!
What can I say - a beautiful site, remote as anything and perfectly located for those wanting to visit surrounding areas. We visited Durdle Door, Weymouth and Moreton ford, they were all exceptional. The campsite itself is simple but wonderfully effective. Perfect space for children and doggy to run free all weekend, clean toilets, showers and sinks for washing up. What more do you need? Jim, the owner, popped in daily for a little check in and chat. Such a lovely man. We’ve come back to London and miss it already! Will be returning ASAP. Thank you Jim! Issy (bell tent) x

Me gustó Lovely campsite, very peaceful, lots of space to pitch. Facilities were good and pretty clean on the whole.

Me gustó Nice site if a little pricey as there is no chemical emptying waste but there is toilets and showers. very freindly and welcoming owner
