Me gustó The pitch was so lovely and relaxing. The large grass field was perfect for my child to play in safely. The facilities were well looked after. The owner of the pitch popped in each day to check on us and was lovely and friendly. This was our first visit but we will absolutely be back!! I think we have found our new favourite campsite. :)

Me gustó When I look for a campsite I want somewhere quiet and clean but with no frills and Chalk Meadow is perfect.

The owner could not be more friendly and welcoming. The facilities are basic but lovely and clean. And though on a gentle slope (perfect in my opinion as it means no flooded tent ever) the pitches feel flat and you don't feel like you are rolling out of bed.

It was a great location for us to spend time with friends and just chill out for the weekend.

I'm very sure that we will be back in the near future.

Me gustó We recently stayed at Great Meadow Campsite after travelling down from Wiltshire, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience.

The campsite is beautiful, peaceful, and exceptionally well maintained. The shower facilities were excellent, and the toilet block was spotless throughout our stay. It's clear that a lot of care and attention goes into keeping the site in top condition.

A special mention has to go to Jim, the campsite owner. He regularly comes around during the day to check that everyone is okay and always takes the time to have a friendly chat. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him, and his welcoming approach really makes the site stand out.

This is genuinely the best campsite we've ever stayed at. It's also in a great location, being only about a 5-minute drive from Weymouth Beach, so you get the perfect balance of a peaceful countryside setting with easy access to the coast.

If you're looking for a campsite in Weymouth, don't hesitate to book Great Meadow Campsite. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning regularly in the future.

Me gustó Fantastic campsite. Perfect location, spacious fields, and tranquil setting. Jim is friendly and looks out for campers without being intrusive. Facilities are all you need and it feels relaxed and friendly.

Me gustó Great location, loads of space for kids to play, great facilities, mega value for money! Jim was lovely and so attentive to the site and it's guests, couldn't of asked for a better holiday. Perfect!

Me gustó We stayed here for four days with our two children (aged 7 and 9) and we absolutely loved it. The campsite was very peaceful, relaxing, and beautiful — the perfect place for a family getaway.
Jim, the owner, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He always checked in with us in the morning and evening to make sure we were okay and enjoying our stay, which made us feel very comfortable and cared for.
We truly appreciated the warm atmosphere and hospitality, and we would love to come back again as soon as possible. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and lovely camping experience!

Me gustó Jim is always on hand, showers were very warm and toilet facilities always had a great amount of toiletries. Close to Weymouth and other areas of the Jurassic coast.
