Me gustó Great site, really friendly staff, the bar and pizza van were a great touch and they had a coffee truck in the mornings which was just amazing! We'll definitely come again.

Me gustó Different food vans and the bar. We really rated the coffee horse box and the pizza.

No me gustó The toilets were new but lacked cleaning.

Being under the Gatwick flight path was no where near as noisy as some reviews said- by 12.30am its pretty much silent

No me gustó The toilet/shower blocks were filthy. Not a little bit dirty, genuinely filthy.

The middle shower block for women had a hole in the ceiling that, when I reported it, the maintenance man didn't know about, which is telling add it was very clearly not a new hole.

The pitches were pretty much on top of each other- so close that when we got back one evening our neighbours had to move all of their chairs off our pitch so we could park back up.

There is no lighting around the camp at all. Husband is visually impaired and we have never struggled at a campsite before as there has always been at least low lighting on the sides of paths etc. There was absolutely nothing here and so I had to go everywhere with him after dusk as he couldn't navigate the site safely.

The site didn't feel safe. I can't put my finger on why but both of us felt unsafe and just... not right on the site.

Paying 50p for a shower in a filthy, flooded shower block. This wasn't a cheap campsite and we felt we were being ripped off. We knew in advance we'd have to pay for showers, but when you're paying over £300 for a site you should be able to eclectic showers to be included

Ladies showers in communal shower block flooded at least once a day

Despite there being 2 shower blocks, there are actually only 5 showers (6 if you count the disabled shower) each for men and women. One of these had a hole in it and was dripping water from a pipe somewhere so that's 4 total. For a campsite with 2 camp fields, static caravans, bell tents, shepherds huts and a small population of permanent residents...it's no where near enough

Me gustó love the fact that this is a family friendly site with a bar that is extremely reasonably piced for an on site bar. we had stayed previously and managed to get the same pitch as we had previously had when requested. this place ius friendly close to plenty of places to go its dog friendly and well priced

No me gustó toilet and shower blocks are a walk from the hayfield part of the site,
no advertised opening times for the bar

Me gustó Fabulous campsite, plenty of space for our motorhome and awning, shower blocks were always clean and tidy, the bar that opens on weekends is a great touch, as are the food vans!

No me gustó The noise from the airplanes! 🙈 I know it can't be helped, but you do get used to it after a couple of days.

Me gustó Campsite was nice, toilets & showers clean.
Nice little play area for kids.

No me gustó The planes - I didn’t realise we were so close to Gatwick. I’m a light sleeper and hardly slept, not the campsites fault at all - but just a warning for other light sleepers.

The children however slept like logs 😂

Paid extra did WiFi but it didn’t work at all.

Me gustó The flexibility of the site, modern facilities, and plenty of available space even during high season.

No me gustó Loud and inconsiderate partygoers, especially at weekends. On top of that, planes are taking off and landing all day long, sometimes as often as every five minutes, and even during the night. And they are extremely loud!
