Me gustó The site has such a lovely, peaceful atmosphere. Even when there are quite a few people around, it never feels crowded or busy. We stayed in one of the pods, which was simple but absolutely perfect for us. I also like that my pod was close to toilets so no long walk.

The kids had a fantastic time, especially enjoying the swimming pool, evening disco, and being able to make friends with other children nearby. It was a wonderful family stay, and we would happily come back again!

No me gustó Activities for kids were very short. They will definitely enjoy longer sessions.

Me gustó It private and too far away from the toilets and shower block

No me gustó The shower block needs a thorough clean, never see any cleaners for the 3 days I was there. Lots of cobwebs, and it needs a good clean in all the corners. It never smelled like it was clean. No disinfectant or didn't see the floors being washed frequently. You have a lot of traffic go through there.

Me gustó Everything was great .. the pod was clean and located in a peaceful picture perfect location..
Staff throughout the whole site were
friendly & helpful .. everything was well organised & the facilities were good and would recommend this site for families and couples or even singles as the atmosphere is warm and friendly 🌞

Me gustó Pods are a great size and well insulated. Lots of plug sockets, heater, mirror and furniture. The pods are located in a quieter field away from the main site with all the caravans so quite peaceful.

No me gustó Showers and toilets not regularly cleaned. Pants left lying around, water didnt drain properly and it was so hot that children couldn't use it.

Booking system for swimming isn't great. We were only able to go once and the swim session is really short.

On site shop is very limited. Food in the bar is overpriced and poor quality.

Me gustó Loved the shepherds hut, great location and all facilities easily accessible. Our son loved the park, arcade and clubhouse and was great to be able to take the dog everywhere. Staff were really friendly and helpful too.

Me gustó The campings pods are comfortable and located in a quiet area, with improved parking. Marlie has improved access to its shower block and drinking water facilities since our last visit, which is very welcome.

No me gustó The entertainment in the clubhouse is far too loud. The staff at the bar frequently have to shout at each other and customers to be heard. One of our meals was missed from our dinner order, as the staff member didn't hear me.

Me gustó We stayed in pod 7 and it was great even in the wind and rain, the staff are 5 star and where really friendly and made you feel at home, only issues was some fixings lose on walls and the mattress, it defiantly needs replacing as it made us both roll to the middle of the bed and is very thin so didn't sleep well but still worth a stay for a pod experience.

Me gustó The pod, it was larger than I thought it would be and it was clean. The heater was also very good, wasn't sure if there would be one but glad there was!
The setting was also lovely. The showers were warm and powerful. The staff were friendly and helpful.

No me gustó The shower block needs a makeover, it looks very dated and felt cold and uninviting even though it looked recently painted. Also, the floors needed cleaning. I was disappointed that you had a timed 45 minute slot to go swimming and the air in the changing rooms felt overly hot. Free Wifi in the pods would be a great improvement rather than just the clubhouse.

Me gustó Overall, this was lovely!
The camping pods are wonderful, spacious enough and right next to a lovely open grass area where kids could fly kites, kick a ball about, and ride their bikes!
The entertainment was fantastic, and the staff were all very lovely!

No me gustó The toilet block was not best cleaned.. there was no toilet roll all weekend, and no soap in the dispensers which was disappointing as everything else was perfect!

Me gustó The pod/ camping area was generally well-kept, the toilet block was generally as clean as you would expect for a shared area.
The staff on site were really kind and enthusiastic, whilst all seemed a little distracted with the “Marlie fest” they were clearly excited and wanted it to be fun for all!

No me gustó Our pod itself could have done with a deeper clean, the children found discarded plastic bottles down the side of their mattresses on the bunk beds and there was debris under the beds.
Outside our pod there was rubbish /cigarette butts which I cleared myself on arrival.
Our electric went out. And although staff came out to fix it, it went off again, so on return to the pod after the entertainment at 11pm we found it was off again and our cooled items in our cool box fridge were no longer cool. However, we called and staff came out again so although frustrating staff did rectify this for us.
