Me gustó The pitches were wonderful with incredible views stretching as far as the eye could see. The lady and gentleman than run the site are friendly and an absolute delight to talk to. I’ve visited around 30 to 35 campsites over the past 4 years and this rates right at the top. I had no preconceptions before I arrived but have no shame that I left with a tear in my eye when I did leave.

If not for the fact I needed to see my little dog at home who was being cared for and the fact I was back at work the following night. Then I would happily have stayed longer. The only reason I didn’t take her ( my dog ) was the fact I was making a video for YouTube and it can be difficult being alone, shooting a video and keeping an eye on my dog. But when I do return with family I will make sure she comes too as dog are welcome.
The facilities were top notch, private and clean. Plus the fact they had even thought of a small hut with board games for the kids and the odd essential that is often forgotten by anyone visiting. It was very well thought out, secure and those views…..ah those views blew me away. Watching the horses in the next field and that all important peace and tranquility that we all crave in a crazy world of noise. I have already spoken to family about returning and recommended Top Merrill Views to all that wanted to hear about my weekend.
I cannot believe that all the years I have travelled far and wide that I would find a campsite with so many wonderful qualities so close to home. Highly, highly recommend.

Me gustó My first time here and what a gem of a place. Lovely views great toilet/shower block very clean. And the owners are very friendly and approachable. I have booked again for later this year

Showers and toilets lovely and clean, easy to access facilities for water and Elsan.

Me gustó Very easy self check in.
Simple basic site, the toilets and shower are spotless.
No comments at all.
A very nice young lady at the stable let meet the horses and talked to us about her own horses and others kept there. We will come here again.

Me gustó Great little campsite, one of the nicest toilet and shower facilities I've seen. As the weather was bad we were allowed to park of the hard standing so the car didn't get stuck in the mud. Definitely somewhere to stay if in the area

Me gustó spacious pitches, clean and accessible toilets and washrooms, owners were very friendly and let us pet the horses they had (made our trip) - shops only a 15 minute drive away

Me gustó Lovely little basic camp site, has all you need. Owners are super lovely and even let my son and I watch a calf be born.

Me gustó Very clean and warm facilities, with lots of additional features to help with any forgotten items. Flat pitches with a fabulous view. Backed onto what was a quiet lane, but five minutes off the A42. Host really helpful.
