Great level pitch with gravel. Easy access to electric and water. Quiet site but still early season. Nice atmosphere to the site. Would stay again.

Clean facilities, great location, lovely and peaceful

Very disruptive children on our second night running around our car and caravan, no parents to be seen to ask them to stop(obviously not the campsites fault but our main enjoyment had been how peaceful our first night had been)

The host was great. Very accommodating. We booked a grass pitch but moved us to hard standing due to the recent awful weather and there were no problems at all.

Beautifully maintained site. Very peaceful and clean. Greeted by Gordon, who was really friendly, helpful and he spent time chatting to us about local places to visit and recommended places to eat... (White Swan pub just up The road that serves amazing food!) we will definitely be returning.. Thankyou!

Nothing to dislike!

The site is a lovely site with easy access to pitches, the location is ideal for myself and my son. Good access along the river to Ovingham, Prudhoe and Wylam, and 5 mins from A69 with routes to Newcastle, Hexham and Carlisle, Hadrians wall and Kielder Dam and forrest and only a short drive, the site itself if clean and tidied regularly, Gordon the site warden has been on the site for over 2 years now and is very helpful.....

The only downside is the bin area, the site wasnt busy and the bin area was overflowing, more bins should be utilised especially if there are more guests

The warden was fantastic, very welcoming.

Bit muddy, however that was expected being the time of year.

Gordon the warden was very friendly and helpful. He knows the area very well and is a source of excellent local knowledge. The site was very quiet at night and there are great views across the Tyne.

Toilet block was clean and tidy but dated and not very big. We understand there are plans for a new, bigger and better facilities block in the near future.

Very warm welcome, lovely grounds. Motorhome pitches very well appointed, water, 16A electric and grey drop at every one.

If the sky is clear this is a great dark skies location.
