Located right on the riverside in the heavenly Eden Valley, this luxury glampsite provides a little piece of paradise in the lovely Lake District. Handcrafted yurts filled with hand-picked vintage furniture, a wood-fired hot tub, and even the luxury of being picked up from the station by horse and carriage – glampsites don’t come much posher than this place! The perfect escape for hippie eco-glampers. Deep in the forest, set back over four miles from the road, this eco-friendly site is the ideal place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The site has no electricity and limited mobile reception, so a break here really provides guests with the unique opportunity to reconnect with nature. Healing sessions, reiki and meditation are all available on site to rejuvenate the body and soul – ideal for full-time workers in need of an escape.

The tipis are well-furnished with a double bed, bedding, a coffee table, soft cushions, chairs, a blanket box and hot water bottles. An inflatable mat can be provided for two extra guests. There is a well-equipped kitchen area complete with china, glassware and cutlery. There is a chimnea in the centre and the floor is ¾ decked to provide a snug living area.

Just because this site is a total bargain, doesn’t mean luxury is compromised by any means! Located on the edge of Bodmin Moor, with an impeccable vista of the Cornish countryside, this bijou glamping site offers chic accommodation and an array of novel experiences. There’s an open air amphitheatre providing a top night of entertainment following a meal at one of the many country inns surrounding the site. The roomy bell tents themselves are super stylish and even feature tea-light chandeliers! This is the perfect site for real relaxation, an active break, or a combination of the two.

The bell tents come equipped with one double bed and up to two futons. Plus a woodburning stove, a kettle, and homely touches such as rugs and tea-light chandeliers. Each tent has a lovely ‘balcony’ with cute outdoor furniture and fantastic views. All guests have access to the old piggery, which has been converted into a communal kitchen and bathroom.
