What an excellent Oxfordshire site this is for anglers. And walkers. And quiet English countryside appreciators. For friendly and well-maintained Glebe Leisure Park is in a cracking countryside location on the edges of Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire as well as Oxfordshire and has two fishing lakes on site as well as lots of trails all around. Dogs – and their owners – like this place too, as there are long walks and gravelled pathways with dog waste bins set at handy locations, and it's mighty like too that cyclists will like the gentle and short pedal along to local town Bicester... Any amenities you might need are sorted here, such as a loo and shower block with info room about the surrounding area, a toilet and shower facilities for disabled guests, a chemical disposal point, drinking water outlets and a car park.

Fully-serviced hardstanding touring pitch

Liked Showers were hot, area is quiet and accessible

Disliked The hardstanding pitch was not level by a long shot even though we were told it had been laser levelled which made for a very awkward sleep

Showers didnt drain and the water flooded out into the foyer underneath 2 doors, had to get dressed in a toilet cubicle

WiFi was non existent even after paying for it!!!

Luckily I was travelling with a friend but the pitches are ridiculously close together, if it was a stranger next to me there would have been less than a couple of metres between us

Camping pod (four person)

Liked Nice quite clean site. The office were so helpful and nothing was to much for them. The showers are a little dated but are very clean. Toilet block is clean and plenty paper.lol This site is a hidden gem with every thing you need 5 minutes down the road in Bicester. 2 lakes for a quite day fishing.

Fully-serviced hardstanding and grass pitch

Liked Lovely pitch and plenty of space for the caravan, awning and car.
Lovely dog walk area on site and two lakes ,.
Clean and tidy

Disliked Really need more than one hook on shower door and it would be nice to have squeege broom for the showers for those who do like to clean up after themselves .

Camping pod (four person)

Liked Amazing weekend. Staff were amazing and accommodating. Pods where clean and site was beautiful. Dad really enjoyed the fishing lakes too.

Liked Really friendly and welcoming. A nicely located site with a lovely little dog walk area and fishing lakes. Decent size pitches and good toilets and shower.

Disliked Needs a floor squeegee in the shower blocks. That’s the only thing

Shepherd's hut

Liked Lovely small campsite with great facilities, we stayed in a shepherds hut and it was great, slept really well, staff are very friendly and helpful, fishing lakes are beautiful, will definitely come back

Local attractions

Plenty of shops, restaurants, pubs and cafés are in Glebe Leisure's local town of Bicester within a couple of miles, and designer clothes and accessories in the outlet shopping centre Bicester Village. Glebe is the closest site to Bicester Heritage, the first park in the UK for the tender loving restoration care of classic and vintage cars, motorbikes and planes, all on over 345 acres of an old RAF bomber station. The centre's been described as 'a historic motoring fan's idea of heaven' so do speed along there if old engines make your motor hum. Twelve miles from the site is simply smashing Blenheim Palace, given to the first Duke of Marlborough by Charlie 2 and handed down through the Churchill family to reach one Winston some decades back. You really should have a trip... Also within 12 miles are another few British institutions: the dizzying array of arty treasures at the National Trust's Waddesdon Manor; Broughton Castle at Banbury, and days out spectating fast types at Silverstone Circuit.
