Disliked Toilet blocks were freezing as was the “hot” water and hand dryers. When I enquired whether we could borrow or buy a hosepipe to refill our water they weren’t able to help which is a shame when you read about how helpful site owners can often be…

From the manager: Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are sorry to hear that you feel that you did not receive good customer service on this occasion but, unfortunately when you called on New Years Day to borrow a hosepipe we were not on site to facilitate this request for you. In terms of no hot water and freezing toilet blocks this is not something that was mentioned when you called us and nor, has it been mentioned by any other guests who were onsite at the same time as yourself.
