Liked I loved my stay. The owner and his family were personable and welcoming. I enjoyed a pizza cooked at the campsite with the stunning views of Skiddaw, High Pike, and Carrock Fell. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Liked I loved my stay here. The owner was welcoming and accommodating. A sociable kitchen area included hot plates, kettle, water, espresso machine (and pods!!), fire pit, plus more that I’m forgetting. Toilets and showers on-site were quirky and thoughtful, the owner is clearly thinking about minimising environmental impact. The views were stunning. The price is good, I would recommend staying here.
