Powered grass campsite (maximum 7 metres)
Liked I just stayed overnight and departed early in the morning for Land's End, but the stay was great! The map I was sent made my pitch nice and easy to find, and the pitch was nice and level with a close power point for hook-up. The closest shower facility was great - clean, spacious, lots of hooks for hanging clothes and the water was lovely and warm!
I went to the restaurant on-site and had a very good burger, despite arriving just as the kitchen was closing. Thank you!
Disliked Nothing that I can think of

From the manager: Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We're delighted to hear that your overnight stay was enjoyable and that you found your pitch easy to locate and well-equipped. It's great to know that our shower facilities met your expectations and provided a comfortable experience. We're especially pleased that you had a chance to enjoy a meal at our restaurant, even with the kitchen just about to close—it’s wonderful to hear that the burger hit the spot! Your kind words mean a lot to us, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. If your travels ever bring you back this way, we'd love to welcome you again. Medlyn Meadows powered cement/asphalt and grass tent or RV campsite (Private restroom amenities)
Liked I have to admit that I felt like a bit of a camping fraud using the luxurious facilities. The bathroom had an actual bath, lovely hot water, a heated towel rail and a host of other mod-cons.
Unfortunately the weather kept us confined to our van with only brief (muddy) excursions to explore the surrounds - would have loved to have done a lot more of that.
The stands are huge, and when the grass isn't a marsh, there is place for a number of tents as well as the hard pitch.
Disliked The weather! (Storm Kathleen)
