Route directions

From I-70, take exit 128A and Go North 3 Miles on Highway 63 to the Brown School/Oakland Gravel Road Exit. At end of ramp, turn right. Next stop sign turn left. Park is at the bottom of the hill on the right hand side.

Total Eclipse 2017 - View in totality with us here at in Columbia, Missouri! Missouri is well known as the Show Me State. They will receive quite a show on August 21, 2017! In the central section of Missouri, Marshall, Boonville, and Columbia are well positioned to experience over 2 minutes and 30 seconds of the total solar eclipse. We will be having a viewing party complete with snacks and drinks! We are lucky to be in the path of totality for this event. We look forward to seeing you there! is located in Columbia, Missouri. Columbia features 50 Miles of Hiking, Biking, and Walking Trails, 3 State Parks, and 78 Local Parks. We our located minutes outside the city limits in a country setting. Katy Trail State Park – This park/trail system runs on the abandoned roadbed of the old Missouri-Kansas Texas rail line. The trail is 200 miles long and has been a hiking/biking route that extends from Sedalia to St. Charles, Missouri. The scenic trail follows the Missouri River and passes towering limestone bluffs, wetlands, forests, and historic railroad/river towns. Rockbridge Memorial State Park – Located just a couple miles south of Columbia off of Providence road. The Park features hundreds of acres of hilly, forested terrain and includes a multitude of hiking trail. Rockbridge State Park is home to the Devils Icebox, a cave and underground stream system. The park also features sinkholes, a spring, and its namesake of course, a rock bridge. Finger Lakes State Park – This park features 1,200 acres that host a 4.5 mile kayaking/canoeing trail, a swimming beach, a 2.25 mile mountain bike trail, and more than 70 miles of off-road motorcycle and ATV Trails and a shooting range. 78 Local Area Parks & Trails that include Bear Creek Trail, Capen Park, Hinkson Creek Trail, Grindstone Nature Area, MKT Nature & Fitness Trail, Nifong Park, Phillips Park, Three Creeks Conservation Area, Twin Lakes Recreation Area, Rocky Fork Lakes Conservation Area, Eagle Bluffs, Bonnie View Nature Sanctuary and more. Social Activities planned regularly in the park. Close to local dining, shopping, and events.
