Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 14 day(s) of arrival.
• Modifications are subject to a €10.00 ($10.63) fee.

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed on site.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• Units will be allocated on arrival.

General

• Entertainment and activities are available between 07/05 and 07/15.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Quiet hours must be respected between midnight and 8 a.m..
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The restaurant is open between 07/05 and 07/15.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorized to use the pool.
• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 07/04 and 07/15 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

• Reception is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. between 07/05 and 07/15.
• Reception is unmanned after 10 p.m.. Please inform the park while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time so that the team can provide information about your unit/site.

Vehicles

• No cars/motorcycles at the site. All cars must be parked in the designated area.

Visitors

• Visitors are not permitted on site.
