Liked Everything. I.think.if.you had a wish list of everything you wanted in a campsite this would be it. Level pitch. Hot water to the washing up area. Electric to site. Separate covered seating area with bench table. Jet wash and hoover for cleaning van FOC. Microwave and toaster on site. Fab bar area and fab pizza delivered

Disliked Being very picky here. Gravel was hard on bare feet under tarpaulin. Grass would have been softer. Site was just wide enough to.acxomadate 2.35 m wide motorhome and fully extended awning.

Liked Nos encantó el camping, muy acogedor y bonito. Con el río, hamacas repartidas por el camping, tirolinas, parque. Un bar muy chulo y una tarde noche con música en directo. El personal super atento y muy agradable. Super recomendable para ir en familia, es muy tranquilo y con encanto.

Disliked Nada es un camping excepcional

Disliked Pitches are quite narrow. We were travelling in a small VW van and we struggled to fit our sun awning in the pitch.
Limited shade over many of the pitches
Showers and toilets are located in metal and corrugated containers with concrete floors
It’s quite a journey to travel to places of interest or the coast.
Most people we spoke to were there because it was the only site for miles around with vacancies

Liked We came by accident as the north coast was absolutely fully booked.
It’s a fantastic location for exploring this area,
As others have said, it’s well organised with friendly knowledgeable staff and clean toilet blocks …

Disliked We found it rather over-engineered, with a lot of gravel, too much lighting for our tastes, and too much security fencing.
I suspect it’s designed for keeping motorhomes secure, but it’s odd to have closed gates everywhere. (The tent pitches are outside the security fence and the toilets are inside, for example, in the brightly lit gravel area).

I also struggled with the dog walking area and the lovely kids woodland /stream play area being essentially the same place. It’s hard to let kids roam free when there are big dogs also roaming free..
(It’s so close to working … maybe just would be an idea to separate those areas )

Liked Excellent accueil, convivialité et grande disponibilité du personnel.

Localisation stratégique du camping pour visiter la Costa da Morte, environnement très agréable et calme de la campagne.

Bar/restaurant très plaisant : toujours de la belle musique, des produits frais et locaux excellents, en bord de rivière et à l'ombre des arbres.

Commodités pratiques essentielles. Camping très propre et clientèle respectueuse.

Liked Fantastic owner, pays attention to details, very friendly and welcoming. Gave us a goody bag for our dog! Clean and well maintained site with a lovely riverside area. Good coffee and microwave station and laundry facilities. Convenient base for walking the coast.

Disliked We did not dislike anything. For our taste the washroom facilities were a little “industrial” in style, but they were spotless and were definitely adequate.

Liked This is a well-organised and well-designed campsite with great facilities. Each motorhome pitch has its own picnic table and shaded area, which will make it a perfect spot in the summer. There are very good washing facilities, a launderette and good showers with plenty of hot water. Lovely walks along the river and the coastline here is stunning. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Well worth a visit!

Liked Sehr liebevoll geführter Campingplatz mit gutem Service und einer interessanten Lage an einem Flüsschen. Die Mitarbeiterinnen haben sich sehr um uns gekümmert. Hohes Sicherheitsniveau. Der Platz ist für Ausflüge in die Region gut geeignet.

Disliked Das direkte Umfeld des Platzes gibt nicht viel her.

Liked This was our first stop of our 4 week tour of Spain and Portugal. The site is secure and extremely well kept with grey and black water waste facilities and an area to clean your van. There are laundry facilities too and a great kitchen area. Each campervan/motorhome pitch had EHU and a shaded area with a picnic table. We were greeted by a very kind and friendly staff member who showed us around and told us about some areas to visit. We were very impressed by the whole site and would definitely use this one again.

Disliked There was nothing to dislike about this site.
