Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 14 day(s) of arrival.
• Modifications are subject to a NZ$20.00 ($12.48) fee.

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

• If the reception is closed on arrival, please check in at the Late arrival sites.
• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

General

• Quiet hours must be respected between 10 p.m. and 7:30 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and trunks must be closed quietly.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Occupancy

• No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorized to use the pool.
• Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.
• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 10/24 and 04/16 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

• Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. between 02/08 and 12/26.
• Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. between 12/27 and 02/07.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Open fires are prohibited.

Sites

• A cable measuring at least 10 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
• Minimum spacing of 3 metres between pitches.
• You must follow management instructions when setting up your tent/rig and related equipment.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 10 p.m. and 7:30 a.m..
• Units longer than 9 metres are not allowed.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must leave the premises by 9:30 p.m..
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
