Liked Swimming pool and restaurant were very good and food lovely

Disliked The pitch we were allocated was far smaller than what we had requested and had a tree in the middle of it! We were unable to put our awning up throughout the stay. Showers and toilets were dirty and no hot water whatsoever! We’ve been travelling Italy for 4 weeks and this is the first time we couldn’t get hot water at any time of the day. Quiet time was none existent with groups of travellers singing and shouting at 3am. There is even a bird scarer going off throughout the night every 30 minutes setting dogs off barking. Not a pleasant experience at all. Do not recommend

Liked Très bon emplacement, beaucoup de place et facile d’accès
Très jolie au milieu de forêt de pin, 2 piscine pratique qui ne sont du coup pas surchargé !
Personnel très gentil et toujours de bonne humeur

Local attractions

Take your pick from short drives to splendid local beaches and handsome seaside villages, to day trips to famed destinations such as Pisa and Livorno, both within 50 minutes' drive, Florence and Lucca within an hour, and Siena, 90 minutes from the site. It's about 15 minutes from your scenic base to the sands of Marina di Cecina and 25 to the famed and dazzling white beaches of the seaside resort of Rosignano. The wide peaceful beaches of Marina di Bibbona (including naturist beaches for those keen to cast off their clothes) are less than 20 minutes' drive away. Away from the coast, medieval villages, family attractions and winding paths for hiking, cycling and horse riding are all easily accessed in the region. If you're taking to two wheels, detailed maps with local routes and altitudes can be picked up from the Borgo team. For those on hol with the kids, both the zoo of Parco Gallorose and the amusement and water park of Acqua Village Cecina are within 15 minutes.

Booking terms and conditions

Admission

Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
Units will be allocated on arrival.

Dogs

Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.
The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Breed-specific legislation (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.
The park only allows dogs up to 10kg.

General

Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
Quiet hours must be respected between 11 p.m. and 7:30 a.m..
The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Hired accommodation

Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €35.00 ($38.15) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Pool

Swimsuits are required and cut-offs or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.

Reception

Reception is open from 9 a.m. to noon and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. between 04/19 and 10/04.
Reception is unmanned after 7 p.m.. Please inform the park while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time so that the team can provide information about your unit/site.

Safety

Open fires are prohibited.

Vehicles

Only one car is to be parked at the site. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

Visitors

Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.

In 2025, the rectangular pool and the square children's pool are open from 17 May - 4 October and the semi-circular pool from 26 June - 6 September.
