On-site accommodation

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 15 day(s) of arrival.

Admission

• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Extras

• A charge of €1.00 ($1.15) applies for the use of the shower.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Quiet (afternoon) hours must be respected between 1:30 p.m. and 4 p.m..
• Quiet hours must be respected between 10:30 p.m. and 7:30 a.m..
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
• This is a quiet park: no music is allowed.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: €250.00 ($286.73) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.
• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
• The damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit required on arrival can only be paid for in cash.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €50.00 ($57.35) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Occupancy

• No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Reception

• Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. between 04/30 and 10/20.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.
• No charcoal barbecues allowed.
• Open fires are prohibited.

Sites

• You must follow management instructions when setting up your tent/rig and related equipment.

Vehicles

• No cars/motorcycles at the site. All cars must be parked in the designated area.
• No vehicle movement between 9 p.m. and 7:30 a.m..

Visitors

• Visitors must leave the premises by 8:30 p.m..
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
