Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 60 day(s) of arrival.

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.
• Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.
• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.
• The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Breed-specific legislation (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.
• The park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Breed-specific legislation (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).

General

• A state-issued fishing license is required (you'll need to apply for this beforehand).
• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
• Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.
• Quiet (afternoon) hours must be respected between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m..
• Quiet hours must be respected between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and trunks must be closed quietly.
• The bar is open between 05/08 and 09/27.
• The fishing lakes are stocked with truites, brochets, corégones.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The restaurant is open between 05/08 and 09/27.
• This is a quiet park: no music is allowed.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a €300.00 ($348.30) damage/cleanliness deposit hold is required prior to arrival and will be released within 24 hours of your departure date after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found. The damage deposit will automatically be pre-authorized in advance on the card used to make your booking.
• Hired accommodation: €300.00 ($348.30) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €89.00 ($103.33) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Occupancy

• No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
• The park caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorized to use the pool.
• Swimsuits are required and cut-offs or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.
• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 05/08 and 09/27 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

• If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to midnight and from midnight to 8 p.m. between 07/04 and 08/29.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to noon and from 1:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. between 05/08 - 07/03 and 08/30 - 09/27.
• Reception is unmanned after 6:30 p.m.. Please inform the park while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time so that the team can provide information about your unit/site.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Guests are advised to bring a good quality flashlight with them as parts of the park are unlit.
• No charcoal barbecues allowed.
• Only one parent/child pair at a time may use each structure in the play area.
• Open fires are prohibited.
• Swimming in the lake is allowed.

Vehicles

• No cars/motorcycles at the site. All cars must be parked in the designated area.
• No vehicle movement between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m..
• Only one car is to be parked at the site. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.
• The car is only included in the rate if you are traveling with a camper, trailer tent or tent. Cars are not permitted when traveling with a motorhome/RV.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
