Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
• Guests under the age of 0 are not allowed on site.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• The park will send you further check-in information 30 day(s) before your arrival.
• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.
• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.
• The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Breed-specific legislation (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.
• Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.

Extras

• Motorcycle(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

General

• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
• Entertainment and activities are available between 07/09 and 09/01.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 10:30 p.m. and 8:30 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and trunks must be closed quietly.
• The bar is open between 03/31 and 10/01.
• The grocery shop is open between 03/31 and 10/01.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The restaurant is open between 04/29 and 09/30.
• The sauna (and/or hammam) is open between 06/15 and 09/15.
• This is a quiet park: no music is allowed.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: €340.00 ($359.56) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €90.00 ($96.65) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Occupancy

• No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorized to use the pool.
• Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.
• Swimsuits are required and cut-offs or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.
• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 06/15 and 09/15 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

• Reception is closed from 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m.. No arrivals are permitted between these times.
• Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. between 03/31 and 07/08.
• Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. between 07/09 and 09/01.
• Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. between 09/02 and 10/01.
• Reception is unmanned after 8 p.m.. Please inform the park while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time so that the team can provide information about your unit/site.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
• Firearms are not permitted.

Sites

• You must follow management instructions when setting up your tent/rig and related equipment.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 10 p.m. and 8:30 a.m..
• Twin axle vehicles are not permitted on site.

Visitors

• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
