Local attractions

Confolens (25 minutes’ drive) draws visitors with riverside activities like canoe excursions on the Vienne, plus paddleboard and pedalo rentals. If you’d rather stay on terra firma, stroll through the pretty streets of this medieval town, checking out its antiques shops. If you happen to be here in August, you’ll be treated to dance and music performances as part of the Festival de Confolens. Keen comic collectors will want to head to the town of Angoulême (45 minutes), where the Musée de la Bande Dessinée explores the history of this art form from its beginnings to the present day. Afterwards, be sure to take a selfie with the statue of Corto Maltese, on the pedestrian bridge crossing the river. If you want to get up close and personal to primates of all types, head to La Vallée des Singes (45 minutes), where hundreds of apes – from chimpanzees to gorillas – roam freely, alongside other animals like meerkats and turtles.

Changes to your holiday

Bookings cannot be amended within 7 day(s) of arrival.

Admission

Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.

Arrivals and departures

Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Extras

Motorcycle(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

General

Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
Entertainment and activities are available between 04/01 and 11/01.
In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
Refunds within the indicated cancelation period are only possible if the park is able to relet your unit/site.
The games room is open between 04/01 and 11/01.
The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
The park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Hired accommodation

No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Pool

Only park guests are authorized to use the pool.
Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.
The outdoor swimming pool is open between 05/01 and 10/01 (subject to weather conditions).

Safety

Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
Firearms are not permitted.
Guests are advised to bring a good quality flashlight with them as parts of the park are unlit.

Swimming in the lake is not allowed.
