On-site accommodation

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.
• Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.
• Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.
• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.
• The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Breed-specific legislation (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.
• Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
• Entertainment and activities are available between 04/05 and 09/13.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Please note that the toilet facilities are unisex.
• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 10:30 p.m. and 6 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and trunks must be closed quietly.
• The bar is open between 04/05 and 09/13.
• The games room is open between 04/05 and 09/13.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
• The restaurant is open between 04/05 and 09/13.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: €320.00 ($348.12) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.
• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Occupancy

• No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
• The park caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorized to use the pool.
• Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.
• Swimsuits are required and cut-offs or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.
• The indoor swimming pool is open between 04/05 and 09/13.
• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 06/01 and 09/13 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

• If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. between 04/05 and 09/13.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
• Firearms are not permitted.
• No electric barbecues allowed.
• Open fires are prohibited.
• Please do not touch or feed the animals.

Sites

• Sites: a €20.00 ($21.76) deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure when returning the gate badge/barrier pass/toilet keys.
• You must follow management instructions when setting up your tent/rig and related equipment.

Taxes

• Local city/eco tax is included in the rate.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m..
• Only one car is to be parked at the site. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.
• The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
