Liked: This place was absolutely lovely. So nice, we stayed twice on both directions of our trip. It was a very quiet period so we had a choice of 'any available' pitch. In lovely woods, all well maintained, a pleasant welcome on arrival, some nice local ciders and beers available to buy in the reception area. Facilities were fantastic and spotlessly clean. A small bar in walking distance that opens from Thursday to Sunday only.
Disliked: Nothing really.

Liked: Large pitches surrounded by hedges. Showers and toilets are clean and well set out. Lovely lake with a little swimming beach beside the campsite. Close to Le Mans. You can order bread and croissants before 7pm to pick up at the office from 9 am the next day, which was really useful.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike. It’s a lovely site.

Liked: Location was beautiful, site was peaceful, had a lake and cafe/restaurant nearby. Staff were lovely and helpful, booking was taken at very short notice and reasonably priced. The facilities were very nice and immaculately clean
Disliked: Camping pitches had been used by vehicles and had ruts in the ground which were a bit uncomfortable for sleeping in a tent, grass in pitches was uncut

Liked: Nature and the location of the camp site.
Disliked: Reception does not speak English. Communication was so difficult. Right after we placed our tent, an anormous rainfall started and the roads in front of our tent pitch were flooded. Lots of water (about 30cm deep) was accumulated around our pitch because the water drain of the entire camp site was located right infront ours! Very clever to place us right in front of the drain, although it was expected to have heavy rain in the evening. All the other pitches were empty. And after the rain only our pitch was flooded! Asked for availability of a mobile home, but they said they are fully booked. We did not stay there and had to spend the night in an hotel. Next day we went back and wrapped our tent up. After this bad experience, we booked a mobile home in another area. In between, they have a strict policy that they never return your money back, no matter what happened.

From the manager: We are still sorry for this bad experience caused by a violent storm. I understand your disappointment with the flooded land. Several other locations were also affected but with less impact than you. We offered you a Bivouac tent which was our only free accommodation on that date, which you refused. We are not bilingual but we have the basic vocabulary to communicate with our foreign customers.

Liked: We just adored this place. Spent 2 nights here with our motorhome on one of the hottest weeks in September. The reception were super helpful. Large well-maintained pitch with electricity and water. Showers and toilets were clean and with plenty of hot water. I used the laundry facilities here. The large industrial machine is a very reasonable place. The best part of this place is the amazing lake and beach. we took our bikes down to the Beachside bar and had a swim from the lovely sandy beach. Most certainly would come again
Disliked: Cannot think of anything

Liked: The spacious pitch. Stunning location. Beautiful lake to swim in and walk around. Surrounded by forest. All necessary facilities including chemical disposal which wasn’t apparently available when I booked. (Relief!!) Beautiful area.
Disliked: Tricky finding electric supply!! Had to try 3 pitches before we sorted it. Showers clean and functional with plenty of hot water however a bit tatty. No food or drink available.
