On-site accommodation

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• The park will send you further check-in information 2 day(s) before your arrival.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.
• Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.

Extras

• Motorcycle(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.
• Please select an electric hook-up if you wish to hire a fridge.

General

• A state-issued fishing license is required (you'll need to apply for this beforehand).
• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
• Entertainment and activities are available between 07/01 and 08/31.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.
• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and trunks must be closed quietly.
• The bar is open between 05/01 and 09/10.
• The fishing lakes are stocked with trout.
• The games room is open between 05/10 and 09/10.
• The grocery shop is open between 04/01 and 10/15.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The restaurant is open between 05/01 and 09/10.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: €260.00 ($281.91) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.
• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €58.00 ($62.89) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Reception

• Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. between 06/15 and 08/31.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to noon and from 3:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. between 04/01 and 06/15.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to noon between 09/01 and 10/15.
• Reception is unmanned after 7 p.m.. Please inform the park while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time so that the team can provide information about your unit/site.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• No charcoal barbecues allowed.
• Open fires are prohibited.
• Swimming in the lake is allowed.

Sites

• A cable measuring at least 4 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m..
• Only one car is to be parked at the site. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.
• The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must leave the premises by 10 p.m..
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
