Liked: Everything! Located in a town, lovely swimming pool area and bar. There were a lot of cyclists using this site and there’s plenty of leisure cycling plus all the food shops and bars within 5 minutes. Excellent facilities too

Disliked: Slightly tight access. We got stuck on a minor road in as someone had double parked but not the site’s fault

Liked: Large shaded pitches Clean facilities Great pool Close to shops, bars, & restaurants Large, shaded pitch with electric hook-up. Great site which is actually in the village, with shops, bars, & restaurants just a short walk away. Nice clean facilities, and lovely pool. Great base to explore the area.

Disliked: Shaded pitch = Mosquitoes after dark. But that nature, not the fault of this great site.

Liked: No problem accessing the site in our motorhome and trailer. Lovely welcome and really great relaxed atmosphere. Staff very helpful. Large pitches with hedges and trees for privacy, clean showers toilets and facities Lovely big pool and paddling pool.. Plenty of seating. 2 mins walk away from town with great bars, resturants and pattiseries. (no noise at night though over the 8 nights we were here) Nimes and Arles close by. Nimes Les Halles market on sunday was amazing!!Fantastic fresh produce. I have eaten my weight in cheese!! Bird park was also very interesting and lovely to see flamingoes.

Changes to your holiday

Changes cannot be made once you have booked.

Admission

Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
Units will be allocated on arrival.

Dogs

A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.
Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.
Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.
The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Breed-specific legislation (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.
The park only allows dogs up to 50kg.
Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.

Extras

Motorcycle(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

General

Entertainment and activities are available between 07/14 and 08/31.
In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.
Quiet hours must be respected between 11 p.m. and 9 a.m..
Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and trunks must be closed quietly.
Refunds within the indicated cancelation period are only possible if the park is able to relet your unit/site.
The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Hired accommodation

Hired accommodation: €200.00 ($217.08) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.
Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €50.00 ($54.27) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Occupancy

Group bookings of 3 or more units (e.g. tent, caravan, RV or accommodation hire) traveling together are not permitted via Pitchup.com.
No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Pool

Only park guests are authorized to use the pool.
Some facilities require the wearing of swim caps.
Swimsuits are required and cut-offs or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.
The outdoor swimming pool is open between 06/01 and 10/31 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.
Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. between 03/30 - 07/05 and 09/01 - 10/31.
Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. and from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. between 07/06 and 08/31.

Safety

Firearms are not permitted.
Open fires are prohibited.

Sites

A cable measuring at least 15 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
Sites: a €20.00 ($21.71) deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure when returning the gate badge/barrier pass/toilet keys.
Units should not be left unoccupied unless previously agreed with the management. Please speak to reception when the need arises, a fee may be charged for unsupervised units.
You must follow management instructions when setting up your tent/rig and related equipment.

Vehicles

The car is only included in the rate if you are travelling with a camper, trailer tent or tent. If you wish to bring a car along with your motorhome/RV, please select the extra.
Twin axle vehicles are not permitted on site.

Visitors

Visitors must leave the premises by 11 p.m..
Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
