Summary AI-generated from Pitchup.com customer reviews
Very basic site with no amenities
Power optional grass and earth campsite
Liked The tap to fill up our bottles had good pressure
Toilets were clean
Disliked Description on website completely inaccurate!
Not amongst vineyards, no water nearby, no cafe or shop as advertised (one fridge in reception with a few drinks in).
Petanque area was poorly maintained.
3 toilets and showers for a large campsite was wildly insufficient, there was always a queue
They also closed bathroom for a long time whilst cleaning in the morning so I had to go out without a shower
No toilet roll, soap or hand-dryers in the toilet

Overall this was a nice friendly campsite but with limited facilities
Power optional grass and earth campsite
Liked The location, the natural environment and the pitch
Disliked The toilet and shower block seemed too small for the size of campsite as often had to queue to use toilet
I think the supply of a little handsoap would be good to encourage hygiene
The showers were just a trickle

Quiet stay
Power optional grass and earth campsite
Liked Campsite was quiet and in a village location, there were only 50 pitches. We could order bread and croissants every day. We cycled into Riems along the canal which was nice and flat going each way. Site staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked Hot water wasn’t hot just tepid, separate toilets and showers for men and women but only 3 cubicles to cater for 100 people when the site was full which was when we were there. Wi fi on site bu only if you stood outside the reception.

Good site, clean and ideally located
Power optional grass and earth campsite
Liked Lovely campsite. Lots of flat pitches. Toilet and shower block very clean and certainly enough shower cubicles in the female side. The campsite has a gate at the entrance for added security.
Disliked The campsite was extremely busy when we stayed. The male side of the shower block only had two shower cubicles which wasn’t enough for the amount of customers staying. No restaurant, bar or shop on site. No toilet paper or soap provided
