A very nice site in an attractive area.

Liked Great open spaced campsite in lovely location by a river. Pitches were large with plenty of shade if needed. Very nice village within walking distance and Tours and Chinon are nearby.
Large municipal swimming pool next door which is free to campsite users.
Disliked Toilet and shower facilities were clean but could do with some updating.

Liked Everything, the ‘choose your own pitch’ , the friendly reception staff, the close proximity to local town, the river running alongside the campsite for swimming and paddle boarding etc. So glad we ignored other negative reviews, regarding outdated facilities, it has everything you need. A great find.

Liked Lovely little campsite next to the beautiful tow of Azay le Rideau which is very pretty. Visited the caves also which were very interesting. Beautiful chateau right next door too. Peaceful friendly site
