On-site accommodation

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• Please pick any available site on arrival.
• The park will send you further check-in information 7 day(s) before your arrival.
• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.
• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

Extras

• Motorcycle(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

General

• Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 11:30 p.m. and 6 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and trunks must be closed quietly.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: €150.00 ($162.60) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €70.00 ($75.88) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Occupancy

• No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorized to use the pool.
• Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.
• Some facilities require the wearing of swim caps.
• Swimsuits are required and cut-offs or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.
• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 07/01 and 08/15 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

• If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.
• Reception is open from 8 a.m. to noon and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. between 07/01 and 08/31.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to noon and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. between 04/01 - 06/30 and 09/01 - 09/30.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
• Firearms are not permitted.
• Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.
• Guests are advised to bring a good quality flashlight with them as parts of the park are unlit.
• Open fires are prohibited.
• Please do not touch or feed the animals.
• Swimming in the lake is not allowed.

Sites

• Sites: a €10.00 ($10.84) deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure when returning the gate badge/barrier pass/toilet keys.
• You must follow management instructions when setting up your tent/rig and related equipment.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m..

Visitors

• Visitors must leave the premises by 6 p.m..
