On-site accommodation

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 8 day(s) of arrival.
• Modifications are subject to a €25.00 ($28.50) fee.

Admission

• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• The park will send you further check-in information 2 day(s) before your arrival.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.
• Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.
• The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Breed-specific legislation (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.
• Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
• Entertainment and activities are available between 07/05 and 08/31.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.
• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and trunks must be closed quietly.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
• The restaurant is open between 07/28 and 08/31.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: €400.00 ($455.99) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.
• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €90.00 ($102.60) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Occupancy

• No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
• The park caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorized to use the pool.
• Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.
• Swimsuits are required and cut-offs or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.
• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 06/01 and 09/14 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

• Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. between 07/05 and 08/31.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. between 04/11 - 07/04 and 09/01 - 09/14.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Guests are advised to bring a good quality flashlight with them as parts of the park are unlit.
• No charcoal barbecues allowed.
• No gas barbecues allowed.
• Open fires are prohibited.
• Please do not touch or feed the animals.
• Swimming in the lake is allowed.

Sites

• A cable measuring at least 9 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
• You must follow management instructions when setting up your tent/rig and related equipment.

Vehicles

• No cars/motorcycles at the site. All cars must be parked in the designated area.
• No vehicle movement between 7 p.m. and 8:30 a.m..
• Twin axle vehicles are not permitted on site.

Visitors

• Visitors must leave the premises by 10 p.m..
