Domaine de Maumont is set in the grounds of an eighteenth-century manor house estate in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region of southwest France, seven kilometres from Saint-Martin-de-Fressengeas and ten kilometres from Saint-Saud-Lacoussière.
Around the two-hectare site there's a summer terrace with a bar, lounge, billiards table and table football; there's also a restaurant that serves food in the spectacular courtyard in the summer, and for entertainment there's an outdoor pool, a hot tub, a pétanque court and two playgrounds. Bike hire is available on site too if you fancy getting out and exploring the surrounding villages on two wheels.
Among the amenities at Domaine de Maumont are a toilet block and launderette with washing machines and tumble dryers.
There are several activity and waterparks in the Dordogne region, and with the site being close to the Perigord-Limousin Regional Natural Park, canoeing/kayaking, cycling, fishing, horse riding, cycling and mountain biking are all within easy reach.
